Medical Director of Feeding Matters
Dr. Praveen Goday is a pediatric gastroenterologist at Nationwide Children’s Hospital, where he serves as the Director of the Nutrition and Feeding Programs. In this role, he oversees nutrition care throughout the hospital system and provides specialized care for children with feeding problems. He is also a Clinical Professor of Pediatrics at The Ohio State University and is board-certified in Pediatric Gastroenterology and Nutrition. Dr. Goday’s research focuses on improving feeding, nutrition, and growth in children with diverse diseases.
Director of Strategic Initiatives
Occupational Therapist and Pediatric Feeding Specialist Cuyler Romeo’s extensive leadership and clinical experience are instrumental in the execution and management of Feeding Matters’ strategic initiatives. In partnership with the CEO, Jaclyn Pederson, Cuyler collaborates with constituents to identify, track, and assess innovative approaches to the PFD system of care. Cuyler also facilitates strategic partnerships with select professional associations including the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA). Prior to joining Feeding Matters, Cuyler served as a founding partner of Mealtime Connections, LLC, and gained valuable insight on funding trends and industry implications as the director of clinical innovations at Therapy 2000. She is currently a treating clinician in Banner-University Medical Center’s NICU and works to advance the feeding skill domain by facilitating AOTA’s Mealtime Occupations: Feeding, Eating, and Swallowing Community of Practice. Chief Executive Officer
Jaclyn Pederson is the Chief Executive Officer at Feeding Matters based in Phoenix, Arizona. With a strong background in nonprofit leadership and healthcare innovation, she has played a crucial role in advancing the organization’s mission to support children and families affected by pediatric feeding disorders (PFDs). Prior to her role as CEO, Jaclyn served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer at Feeding Matters and held positions at Child Crisis AZ and the City of Scottsdale. Jaclyn received a Bachelor of Science degree in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from Arizona State University, College of Public Programs, and a Master of Healthcare Innovation from Arizona State University (2010-2012). Her graduate studies focused on creating and leading innovation in complex systems to transform healthcare and improve health outcomes for patients and providers. Her coursework included innovation methodology, advanced principles of innovation, systems thinking in a complex environment, evidence-based practice, healthcare policy and innovation, financing for innovation, and outcomes evaluation. She has led numerous initiatives focused on advocacy, community support, and policy change, ensuring greater access to care for children with PFDs. Her leadership in strategic partnerships has helped strengthen Feeding Matters' impact on healthcare policies and community-based interventions.
